Returns

No returns or exchanges on any skin care items unless there is damages to packaging when item is received. If item is r damaged you have 14 days to exchanged it for same item. Please email at frontdesk@miskin.com with further instructions

Office Policies

• Virtual appointment : NO charge for the virtual consult. Cancellation policy- $50 charged If patient cancels sooner than 72 hours /3 BUSINESS days or for no shows
• In office Procedure appointment : All in office procedures will be charged a deposit  You are charged  upon booking the appointment. On the day of your procedure , This deposit is applied to the total cost of your procedure .
• REBOOKING FEE- if an appointment needs to be changed or rebooked, there is a additional deposit of $50 all is applied toward your procedure 
• *********THIS DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE ********even if you cancel your appointment **regardless of when you cancel it.
• Cancellation fee for in office appointment - less that 7 BUSINESS days is $100
• Prepayment- If a patient chooses to prepay for a procedure. The 10% of the deposit is non refundable.
• Payment plans-  Do you offer payment plans: We offer a type of layaway plan. Our plan allows you  to make a down payment, then add monthly installments until you reach the total amount needed for the procedure. The initial deposit is nonrefundable, but the monthly payments are given back if the procedure  is canceled.

Level of Satisfaction cannot be guaranteed 

Like in every other cosmetic procedure, there is no guarantee that the patient will be completely satisfied with the results and level of improvement that was anticipated with a single treatment. The practice of medicine is not an exact science, there is no warranty and guarantee to the results of this procedure. Some people will be happy with a single treatment.  some people may desire additional treatment or surgery. No refunds are given

If any additional treatments are required to get "more" results they can be done at the discretion of Dr. Mir and WILL be charged based per additional threads needed for desired result 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
